We thought we would write up a very short, short summary of our trip to GDC, mainly as a way of thanking those involved. We had a great time, meeting lots of great people in the industry! Our presentation went really well and we'd like to give a huge thanks to all those involved, including; the people who attended, the organisers of GDC, EGW, SDI, all of the press and contacts we met, and especially Dundee City Council who aided us with our travel into San Francisco.
We're giving everyone the chance of winning a free copy of Glitchspace (a code for the IndieGameStand store) all you have to do is enter through Facebook or your email, and you'll be in for a chance! :) a Rafflecopter giveaway
We would like to announce that Glitchspace is now up on Steam Greenlight! Alongside the start of our Greenlight campaign, we have also updated Glitchspace to 1.1!
You can view the Greenlight page here:
You can also find out where to buy the Glitchspace Alpha here:
--Updates for 1.1--
- Added the Null Gun functionality.
- UI improvements, including panning and visual indicators of new nodes.
- Added a settings menu.
- Added some new sound effects.
- Added a key bind for closing the programming interface, (currently bound to E).
- General bug fixing, including a big issue with non-english Linux machines not running the game properly.
We now have a new site, which we hope to keep up to date as frequently as possible! We will also be updating the site itself on an ongoing basis, as it still has a few technical and formatting issues.
We will still be putting out most of our up to date information up on Twitter and Facebook, but any big announcements will be up here first!
If you need to get in touch, feel free to use the contact page. We will reply as soon as possible.
